Certified eSupport Corp., (CES), a leader in voice processing, enterprise management, and speech recognition education solutions, is pleased to announce the promotion of Joshua Stewart to Director of Technical Services. Stewart had worked in the eDist Business division of the organization for nearly 10 years, most recently in the role as Manager of Technical Services, before this latest advancement. He has 14 years of experience in the industry and holds a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Law, with which he graduated magna cum laude. In addition to nine certifications tailored to the industry, he is currently a Master of Business Administration candidate.

In his position as Director of Technical Services, Stewart leads a team of eight, including six certified technicians, working together with other CES team members to provide professional services from installation and configuration, workflow design, IT discovery, remote installations, to enterprise voice and speech integration and staff training. His team will continue to work towards the organization’s goal to provide the best possible experience, and to deliver an immediate return on technology investment, allowing partners to better focus on those they serve.

“As my ten year anniversary with eDist approached, I am honored to accept the position of Director of Technical Services for the newly formed Certified eSupport, Corp.,” Stewart said. “As one of our top customers my aim is to keep eDist on the leading edge of the voice processing and documentation industry through a strong, well-trained team of technical product specialists and developing and designing training programs and curriculum for our dealer channel and valued professional service members.”

He added that as technology evolves, so does the way that CES meets the needs of its clients, something that will be an integral part of his new role. “It’s an exciting time to be in this industry.
