KW Realtor Denise Holtz Finds Her Listings Niche at Found Properties Group
Charleston, SC (PRWEB) May 30, 2017 -- Realtor Denise Holtz, of Keller Williams Realty Charleston/Mt. Pleasant, recently expanded her role at KW Realty and became part of the Found Properties Group listings team. “I understand the value of leverage and joining this team as a listing specialist allows me to provide my clients the best experience in getting their home sold. Plugging into this well-oiled machine of Found Properties Group frees me up to continue my growth plan of education, continue to study this dynamic market we have here in Charleston, and sharpen my leadership skills,” said Holtz, who specializes in investment and vacation properties, as well in the Charleston residential market.
Becoming a listing agent requires a high level of skill and knowledge of the market. Holtz, who is also the founder of the South Carolina Vacation Rental Management Association (SCVRMA), was recruited for the position due to her high closing rate with listings and will now be able to better focus on selling and providing quality customer service to Found Properties Group clients.
“We recruited Denise because of her experience with the SCVRMA and leadership background in our market center. She knows all the right people and is highly connected,” noted Angie Murto, Operations Manager for Found Properties Group. “She is known around Charleston as being the person to go to for investment properties.”
Furthermore, Holtz recently wrote an opinion piece, “Short-term rentals part of hotel debate,” that was published in Pulitzer Prize-winning The Post and Courier. In the article, Holtz discusses how the city of Charleston is taking a proactive approach toward stemming the growth of hotels on the peninsula rather than simply waiting for market forces to step in.
“Charleston is first and foremost a place where people actually live, not simply a tourist attraction. Tipping the scales too heavily toward visitors over residents risks dramatically altering the city’s character and livability,” wrote Holtz. “But with so much attention appropriately focused on striking the right balance between residents and visitors, short-term rentals need to be part of the discussion too.”
