New Book Uses Scripture, Common Sense to Prove God’s Existence
FARMINGTON, Iowa (PRWEB) August 03, 2013 -- “Has anyone in the world attempted to prove that God exists yesterday, today and tomorrow?” asks author Kent L. Muntz., who sets out to do just that in his persuasive new nonfiction, “Obvious God: 100 Proofs” (published by WestBow Press).
Muntz admits that there is “a powerful Christian movement happening in this country,” but he recognizes that many people still waver in their faith and remain skeptical about God’s existence. He wants readers to take their time with “Obvious God” in order to truly benefit from its wisdom.
“Read each ‘proof,’ think about it, make some notes and/or conjoin Bible verses to match each proof and meditate on the hidden meaning that really becomes unhidden and grabs you by the throat beginning with Proof 28,” Muntz writes. “You will uncover, without a shovel, that the gospel is hidden within my book … several times.”
An excerpt from “Obvious God,” from Proof 28, “Seed Planters”:
“God’s farmers are called seed planters. They are Spirit-led people working for God. As Christians, they are not afraid to tell you about Jesus Christ. When seed planters begin to speak, it is not their words, but God’s words you hear! If you are not a Christian, you will not believe the words you just read. In fact, at this point, Satan surely will distract you. Be brave! Continue reading. Proof 28: God’s chosen seed planters (Mark 4:14).”
