Key Air Welcomes New Executive to its Aircraft Management Division

Additionally, Key Air is pleased to welcome a Dassault Falcon 7X to its growing fleet of managed aircraft.
Mr. Ruggirello joins Key Air with over 15 years of diverse corporate aviation experience in both Part 91 and Part 135 operations and a proven track record of successful business development. Formerly with Universal Weather & Aviation responsible for the development of the entire Northeastern U.S. and Eastern Canada regions, he was credited with effectively growing the business in that highly competitive market. His dedication to clients and passion for aviation have attributed to a successful business aviation career. Mr. Ruggirello has served as a Dispatcher for a Part 135 operator and has held a Commercial Pilot’s Certificate since 1992. He previously served as the President of APSI (Aviation Professionals Sharing Information) and was instrumental in expanding its membership. He remains an active member and volunteer of LIBAA (Long Island Business Aviation Association) and participates regularly at Aviation and Aerospace Career Fairs coordinated by LIBAA in conjunction with the AEC (Aerospace Education Corporation) aimed at introducing aviation and the many career opportunities it offers to both middle and high school students. Mr. Ruggirello holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Aeronautical Science from the Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
