The Team of Kimmel and Young, Kitsap County's Premiere Agents, Announce Their New Signature Branding
Poulsbo, Washington (PRWEB) October 27, 2015 -- Kimmel & Young might sound like a law firm, but the name belongs to two of the top-producing real estate agents in Kitsap County. And they are both working moms.
“Between us, we have 33 years of experience,” explains Joni Kimmel, “and we’ve been working together for about a decade.’
“Combining forces was a smart business decision, as well as a great family choice. If one of us has to stay home for a few hours with a sick kid, the other can pick up the slack. Our clients know that one of us is always available. But it’s not like we’re two people doing the work of one—we did $27 million in sales last year, and are on track to match that again this year.”
The dynamic duo have a real partnership; they are incorporated, split everything 50-50, share an assistant, and a marketing specialist. Nearly all of their business comes from referrals, and they are consistently voted “5 Star Real Estate Agents” by Seattle Magazine. They were also voted Best of North Kitsap Realtors in the NK Herald in 2013, 2014, and 2015.
“I say Joni is our rain man with numbers. She has an uncanny memory,” laughs Bridget Young. “I’m the person who paints a picture with words. We’re yin and yang. She lives on waterfront property; I live on acreage and have chickens, a pony, and goats. But we share the same core values, the same work ethic, and we’re both good problem solvers.”
“Our clients trust that we each know what the other is working on, so we never miss a step. It’s a partnership that works for our business and for our lives.”
Joni and Bridget recently decided to give their partnership a brand, enlisting the local marketing firm, The Rockfish Group, to create that identity.
Bridget explains, “We’re both water babies. I did the canoe journey with my friends from the S’klallam tribe last year. We both kayak. Joni is a paddleboarder. And we sell a lot of waterfront properties. So we liked the oars—they reflect our personality, and give a clear message that we pull together. Our logo reflects who we are…even if it sounds like a law firm!”
Bridget Young and Joni Kimmel are part of the Windermere Real Estate team, working from the Poulsbo office. They market properties all over the north end of Kitsap, including Bainbridge Island.
