KnowledgeLake Supports Strong Commitment to Growing Client Base with Introduction of Client Success Team
(PRWEB) March 25, 2014 -- KnowledgeLake, an enterprise-class ECM company, is pleased to announce the addition of their Client Success division. This newly created team reaffirms the company’s passion and commitment to the continued success of their valued clients, as it has been created to help KnowledgeLake clients get the most out of their KnowledgeLake and Microsoft investments.
Through understanding each client’s unique business challenges, providing best practices for Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and SharePoint, identifying and offering training opportunities, and increasing effective user adoption, this Client Success team is dedicated to helping clients gain additional value from their KnowledgeLake relationship.
“Our commitment to our clients will always be the core of our business activities here at KnowledgeLake. I’m proud to announce that we’re making some changes to help our clients get the most out of their KnowledgeLake investment. The addition of the Client Success team ensures we will be the trusted advisors that our clients need us to be,” said Ron Cameron, KnowledgeLake CEO.
Former KnowledgeLake Regional Sales Manager for the Midwest District, Bernie Schweiss has been appointed to the position of Director of Customer Service. Prior to joining KnowledgeLake in 2012, he was at Microsoft for eight years in a number of roles that ranged from Account Executive to Sales Manager. Schweiss will be instrumental in building out and integrating KnowledgeLake’s customer success functions, developing the structure of the department and ensuring a company-wide ‘client-centric’ mindset.
“We share our clients’ goals to achieve real business value and success, and we look forward to engaging with them on a more personal level to reach that target. It is our hope that this new division can help our clients realize all of the benefits that come along with their KnowledgeLake investment and that we can continue to not only meet, but exceed expectations,” said Bernie Schweiss, KnowledgeLake Director of Client Success.
Two other KnowledgeLake veterans, Zach Lewis and Jim Kribs, have joined Schweiss’s growing team as Client Success Managers. One of these professionals will be assigned to each KnowledgeLake account to gain an understanding of how the client is using KnowledgeLake today and what document and non-document business challenges clients are currently facing. Based upon an understanding of these challenges, the Client Success team can help clients understand how to get additional value from their current investments.
Lewis has a diverse background as a consultant and trainer with expertise in Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint. He joined KnowledgeLake in 2012 as a Corporate Trainer, where he facilitated learning related to KnowledgeLake software and their total suite of product offerings and information regarding business processes.
Kribs brings 15 years of direct leadership on domestic and global projects with Fortune 100 companies to the Client Success team. His extensive experience in shaping and delivering technology solutions has been gained through leadership positions with IBM, Acxiom Corporation, Microsoft and most recently KnowledgeLake, as an Account Executive.
