While working in property management for a local small company Tom encouraged Kristi Lyn to get her real estate sales license. They both agreed that while they enjoyed helping renters they had a passion for helping individuals and families become homeowners. Knowing the financial, tax and future equity benefits of owning a home Tom and Kristi Lyn couldn't stand not helping others obtain those same benefits. After Kristi Lyn obtained her license and began working for John L Scott, Tom followed suit and obtained his real estate sales license so that he could help her. After 5 years of residential sales Kristi Lyn decided to obtain her Managing Brokers License with the intention of either managing a John L Scott office or going independent. In 2011 Kristi Lyn and Tom made the decision to form their own Real Estate Firm to continue assisting their clients in local residential real estate. Being a small boutique real estate firm has helped Tom and Kristi Lyn keep it local and keep it personal.
