Ladders, Inc. Continues Growth with Two Additions to Executive Team
New York (PRWEB) November 15, 2016 -- Ladders, Inc., the largest membership-based job matching site for professionals, today announced two new hires to its executive team, Michael E. Lee and Stephanie Chan. This announcement comes on the heels of the recent addition of Russell Sinclair as VP of Product, Consumer, earlier this year.
Michael E. Lee joins Ladders as Chief Operating Officer, where he will be responsible for operations, customer success, account management, finance, human resources and facilities. Stephanie Chan begins her role as Vice President of Marketing for Ladders, where she will be in charge of all external marketing, sales and promotional activities for the company.
“Michael and Stephanie are leaders in their fields and join Ladders and our executive ranks at an important time in our growth story," said Marc Cenedella, CEO and Founder of Ladders. “They are smart, innovative, successful executives who make a terrific fit for Ladders as we expand on our promise to help our members manage, market and move up in their careers.”
Prior to joining Ladders, Lee was the Chief Financial Officer at Wyng (formerly Offerpop), a customer engagement SasS platform, where he helped lead the company through Series C-1 financing while also managing finance, accounting, human resources and facilities. Lee has also led finance at startups H.Bloom and MYHABIT (Amazon.com), and he has a decade of corporate experience at Citigroup, Morgan Stanley and Kraft. He holds an AB from Harvard University and an MBA from the Johnson School at Cornell University.
“Ladders is a dynamic enterprise and I am excited to be a part of its upward trajectory of helping professionals find the right job for their careers,” said Lee. “I hope to bring new ideas and a fresh outlook to the team as we look to continue our positive momentum into 2017, and as we grow even further as a premium platform for both professionals and recruiters.”
Chan has over 12 years of experience in the marketing field for both consumer and media brands, with her most recent tenure at InStyle and StyleWatch of Time Inc. as Vice President of Consumer Marketing, had her overseeing all consumer revenue for the fashion brands. In 2014, Stephanie co-founded Please and Carrots, an educational subscription service focused on early learning and development. Stephanie earned her MBA from Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University.
“As an entrepreneur and a marketer, I understand Marc’s passion for building and growing a company that focuses on customers and their needs. With the innovation and technology behind the brand, I am eager to reach new audiences and markets with our upcoming products,” said Chan. “There is a range of job platforms on the market, but Ladders resonated with me as one that truly cares about helping professionals succeed in their careers. I’m excited to help consumers find amazing career opportunities and recruiters identify their next superstar hire with Ladders.”
For over 13 years, Ladders has been a stronghold in the career development and recruiting industries. With its continued growth, the company will expand its product offerings throughout 2017 and the future.
