This is the second California State Agency to award a contract to HoudiniEsq. In similar fashion, the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing awarded a multi-year 7-figure contract to HoudiniEsq. The director recently summed up the experience.

HoudiniEsq will be used by Caltrans in house counsel and 300 staff to manage all legal matters, improve efficiencies and reduce cost.
