Litigation Consultant to Speak at DRI Toxic Torts Seminar
Overland Park, KS (PRWEB) February 18, 2014 -- Dr. Barbara Hillmer, Senior Consultant at Litigation Insights, will be giving a presentation at the Defense Research Institute’s Toxic Torts and Environmental Law Seminar, entitled “Stories, Themes & Trial Graphics: Maximizing the Likelihood of a Defense Verdict.” The presentation is scheduled for Thursday, February 20, 2014 at 4:05 p.m. at the Marriott in New Orleans, LA.
Dr. Hillmer’s presentation will detail the work of litigation consultants and how to effectively use trail themes and graphics to present evidence as a story that jurors will understand, remember, and use during their deliberations.
