All spices are not created equal — Sea Island’s Original Lemon Pepper Seasoning has been used for the last 49 years to season some of the restaurant’s most popular dishes, including lemon pepper shrimp and charcoal broiled shrimp. This versatile spice blend is great for marinating grilled shrimp, broiled catfish, grilled or broiled rainbow trout filets and much more. A 5.5-ounce shaker is $3.95.

Another multi-purpose seasoning is Sea Island’s Original Grill Seasoning—perfect to shake over grilled or steamed vegetables, any mild whitefish, poultry or pasta. A 6-ounce shaker costs $3.95.

Jolly Jack’s Hot Sauce gets its name from the iconic statue of Jolly Jack the Pirate who has been greeting guests in front of the original restaurant since 1965. This tangy, spicy sauce is used by customers every day in the restaurants to add a little kick to seafood, burgers and more! A 10-ounce bottle is $3.95.

To accompany Sea Island’s crispy french fries, hush puppies or fried fish filets, Sea Island's 20-ounce bottle of tangy tomato ketchup, a dining staple, is available for purchase at $1.95.
