Judges analyze the companies based on their performance, including revenue growth and profitability, employment growth, its organizational structure, its ability to reach target customers, and plans for future growth.
In addition to their nomination this year, LSM has also been a finalist for NBJ’s 2013 Best Places to Work Award and their Best in Business award in 2012.
