Kenneth D. Barringer’s New Book Helps Retirees Live Wellness Lifestyle
SUN CITY CENTER, Fla. (PRWEB) July 22, 2015 -- Author Kenneth D. Barringer has always been passionate in caring for the senior citizens of his community. However, he feels that so many of his retirees are not making responsible life choices. He wanted to help the senior world live more responsibly. And thus, he has written “Making Healthy Choices for Senior Living” (published by Xlibris) which is a product of the lessons he learned over his many years of commitment to the senior world.
This book is intended to help retirees prepare for the aging process and how to plan to make good decisions about each of the challenges to age well. It is filled with positive suggestions and clues to help seniors decide to live a wellness lifestyle in their retirement years.
“This book serves as a very practical guide to healthy retirement living, with numerous suggestions about how to live a healthy retirement in today's world,” Barringer explains. “I use pictures of retirees, with captions, just prior to every chapter that highlights the theme of the chapter. I also use larger print and I made numerous suggestions for living a better retirement, plus a guide in the last part of the book for group study on the topic of healthy aging.”
“Making Healthy Choices for Senior Living” serves as a wake-up call for countless seniors across America who needs to look in depth at their lifestyles in this changing world. Barringer hopes that through this book, they will begin to enjoy and relish their golden years as never before.
