Kieliszak is a senior executive with over 25 years’ experience in leading operations through start-up, turnaround, multiple strategic plans, and implementation to improve profitability and efficiency. After a 10-year career at General Motors, he developed a niche for providing advisory services to small to medium sized businesses, primarily those that were private equity and family-owned. Kieliszak’s blend of hands-on operations experience. combined with financial understanding and industrial engineering skills, as well as executive leadership at multiple businesses provides an excellent addition to the Cedar Croft brand.
