Group Health Dental in Manhattan Completes Major Renovation

The renovation involved major updates to their office including new paint colors, furniture, artwork, magazines and a flat screen TV as well as the addition of kiosks and a snack bar with free coffee, hot chocolate, cappuccino, water and cold drinks. In planning updates to their dental office, they listened to patient complaints from the previous administration regarding long wait times and the separation of dental hygiene appointments (dental cleanings) and dental routine exams. Through a better scheduling structure and improved staff training, they have been able to reduce wait times from an average of twenty to an average of four minutes. In addition, dental cleanings and exams now take place during the same appointment, and in the same room.
