Two men struggle to gain ‘Four Pieces for Power’ in new novel
DOVER, N.H. (PRWEB) January 07, 2015 -- The Vendicatori was a secret society formed in 1186 that used their power and influence to right the wrongs they saw inflicted upon society. With their grand master hanged only a few years later and the remaining members branded, the Vendicatori were thought to be a thing of the past. This made it all the more shocking when Andrew Correo, a 29-year-old living in modern day New Hampshire, was told he was set to inherit control over the Vendicatori organization.
Award-winning author Marc Estes invites readers to experience his thrilling new novel “Four Pieces for Power: Book 1 of the Vendicatori” (published by Trafford Publishing), the first in his planned series of Vendicatori novels.
Andrew Correo is told his family founded the Vendicatori and he is in line to be their next leader, but under one condition: he must face off against Robert Stavero – a member of a rival family – in a worldwide scavenger hunt that will determine the sole inheritor of the Vendicatori society.
Throughout “Four Pieces for Power,” Andrew and Robert attempt to outwit each other in a treacherous game of “Cat and Mouse” that will take them from New Hampshire to Mexico to Italy.
