CEO Martin Richenhagen Offers Readers Firsthand Business Advice
DULUTH, Ga. (PRWEB) December 15, 2014 -- Author Martin Richenhagen was named the CEO of AGCO, an agricultural company based out of Georgia, in 2004. While this was partially due to his previous leadership experience at other large companies, he attributes his current role to something more – his knowledge of effective leadership.
Richenhagen invites readers to pull from his knowledge in his new book, “Simply Management: A CEO’s Approach to Daily Effectiveness and Lasting Success” (published by iUniverse).
“More often than not, companies get into trouble because of ineffective management decisions, not because of lack of expertise,” Richenhagen says. “Most books about management don’t offer a concrete way to learn how to make more-effective management decisions.”
Throughout “Simply Management,” Richenhagen discusses his tried-and-true tactics that can enable management to: empower their employees, develop effective business strategies, efficiently organize the company and set up proper governance. He provides numerous real-world business scenarios one can encounter and then analyzes the scenario, providing a detailed breakdown and solution to each problem.
“I wrote this book first and foremost desiring to help management professionals improve their day-to-day effectiveness and leadership by giving them a CEO’s perspective,” Richenhagen says.
