Meditation & Grief Workshop Offered by Pathways Hospice in Oakland
Oakland, CA (PRWEB) June 06, 2014 -- Pathways Home Health, Hospice & Private Duty is offering a Meditation and Grief workshop on Wednesday, June 11, 2014, 6:30-8 pm at their Oakland offices.
Led by bereavement intern Steve Waye, this workshop will encourage individuals to discover how to bring their mind, body and breathe together to find calm. Attendees will learn meditation techniques that will assist them through the days and months of grieving and beyond. They will learn how to be compassionate to themselves and cultivate peace.

Pathways Home Health & Hospice’s Bereavement Services provide grief support to all in the community, regardless of whether their loved one was a Pathways patient or not. Pathways offers one of the most comprehensive grief programs of any hospice in the Bay Area.
