MilitaryRecord.org Streamlining Their Search Service
San Diego, CA (PRWEB) May 16, 2014 -- MilitaryRecord.org is redoing their search system so that people get access to the military background check information they are looking for more quickly, the company announced yesterday.
“We don't want to force people to jump through too many hoops just to get the information they want,” a MilitaryRecord.org spokesman said. “We want them to get their background reports in five minutes or less. We realized that our search system was taking them through too many pages before they got their results, and we wanted to change that.”
Under the new system, people will be asked fewer questions and there will be fewer steps involved before they get to their order page, he said.
“With our initial system, we asked quite a few questions to narrow down our search results,” he said. “But our programers realized that not each and every question was needed to find the correct report. We also had several pages that simply kept people up to date on the download process. We understand that not all of those pages were essential, so we've removed them.”
MilitaryRecord.org believes that more people will continue through the system and get their reports now that the process has been streamlined, he said.
“People live busy lives,” he said. “The easier you make it for them to get access to your product, the better your results will be down the line.”
