Outdoor Living Brands Offers Incentives to Military Veterans for Franchise Opportunities

Military veterans possess strong leadership skills and understand the importance of teamwork and adopting a never-quit attitude. These are all qualities we look for in a franchise candidate.

Richmond, VA (PRWEB) September 10, 2013

Archadeck Outdoor Living and Outdoor Lighting Perspectives, two of Outdoor Living Brands’ franchise concepts recently launched a campaign to heighten the level of awareness among military veterans for their franchise opportunities.

Archadeck Outdoor Living has earned its reputation as North America’s leading designer and builder of outdoor living spaces. Outdoor Lighting Perspectives is North America’s largest full-service outdoor lighting company and both have been featured on the Military Friendly Franchise list, which is prepared annually by MilitaryFranchising.com.

Outdoor Living Brands also includes Mosquito Squad®, America’s leading company for mosquito control services and Renew Crew™, a company specializing in cleaning, sealing and protecting outdoor structures and spaces. With over 250 franchise locations around the world, all four are dedicated to serving the growing outdoor living niche and believe veterans are well equipped to be successful in franchising.

“We find that military veterans are strong candidates for our franchise opportunities because the model is based on following existing systems and processes,” explained Shemar Pucel, Franchise Recruiter for Archadeck Outdoor Living and Outdoor Lighting Perspectives. “Veterans also possess strong leadership skills and understand the importance of teamwork and adopting a never-quit attitude. These are all qualities we look for in a franchise candidate.”

Archadeck Outdoor Living and Outdoor Lighting Perspectives offer military veterans a 15% discount deducted from their initial franchise fee. To promote the incentive, Ms. Pucel recently attended a franchising seminar at Fort Lee in Richmond, Virginia and plans to participate in the Veteran Expo in Springfield, VA on Friday, September 13, 2013. The event is sponsored by Corporate Gray, one of America’s leading military job fair providers and will put the brands in front of the highest number of transitioning active duty personnel and military veterans in the country.
