Mr. Copeland brings over 25 years of experience in sales management, recruiting, leadership development, marketing consulting and management consulting to the firm. Prior to Morgan Samuels, he served as Vice President, Client Services with Right Management, a member of ManpowerGroup. He previously founded a successful consulting practice serving Fortune 500 to Fortune 1000 organizations throughout the United States. His firm consulted with and implemented customer experience marketing strategies and solutions which measurably improved his clients’ customer loyalty metrics and achieved substantial revenue growth.
Prior to running his own business, Mr. Copeland spent 15 years at Hallmark Cards, where he played an integral role in starting a business-to-business division calling on Fortune 1000 companies. He was instrumental in helping this division become the fastest growing division within the company over a six-year period.
Mr. Copeland earned a BS in Business Administration from the University of Kansas and has earned leadership certifications in numerous sales and leadership development programs.
