Kristin Goodalis selected for her outstanding leadership and commitment within her profession

I’m pleased to recognize Kristin with this important honor. Her perseverance, work ethic and leadership qualities are an inspiration to all women.

The National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) honors Kristin Goodalis as a 2015-2016 inductee into its VIP Woman of the Year Circle. She is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in business. NAPW is the nation’s leading networking organization exclusively for professional women, boasting more than 700,000 members and over 200 operating Local Chapters.

“I’m pleased to recognize Kristin with this important honor,” says NAPW President Star Jones. “Her perseverance, work ethic and leadership qualities are an inspiration to all women.”

Throughout the course of her exceptional, 30-plus-year career, Ms. Goodalis has excelled in various sales and account management positions at several leading consumer goods companies, including Procter & Gamble, Crystal Farms, Sargento, Contessa and Alouette. She is currently in her fourth year as National Account Manager-Midwest at G.L. Mezzetta, a company specializing in olives, peppers, pasta sauces and more.

Since joining the company in 2011, Ms. Goodalis has successfully developed meaningful partnerships through insights that result in mutual business growth. She is responsible for consumer packaged goods partnership development with Meijer, Target, SV West, Southeastern Grocers LLC, KeHE Corporate, Roundy’s, Schnucks, Shop n Save, HY VEE, Fairway, Lowes Foods and a multitude of independents.

Ms. Goodalis received her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Outside of her career, she is actively involved in many charitable organizations, including American Vets, Naperville Police Association, P.A.L. and the Police Chiefs Association of Will County. For her fearless pursuit of professional and personal fulfillment, Ms. Goodalis is an inspiration to the membership of NAPW.
