Ms. Hill has a solid background in accounting, human resources and office management. She has also proved her strong work ethic in successfully managing and operating the day-to-day financial transactions of a company. She knows the significance of exceptional customer service and perhaps even more importantly, has the ability to empathize with patients.
“I had a hearing loss that we had discovered a couple of years before and it gave me a different perspective on what our patients would be going through and how to help them,” Ms. Hill says.
The highly skilled staff at Contra Costa Hearing Aid Center shares Ms. Hill’s passion for helping people rediscover their hearing. The company provides a full range of diagnostic and preventative hearing services, including screening and evaluations, hearing aids and counseling, and works with residents from numerous communities throughout California. “We hope to train our children so that they are able to take over the company for us one day,” Ms. Hill adds.
