National Association of Professional Women Inducts Lashunda Dillon, Supervisory EEO Manager, Bureau Land Management, Into its VIP Professional Woman of the Year Circle

She is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in conflict resolution and mediation. Lashunda Dillon is a trained Mediator and Facilitator. With her skills, she is able to educate and prevent conflicts in an organization. She teaches, coaches, mentors and trains leaders, managers and employees on EEO Rights and Responsibilities. She has been the Supervisory EEO Manager at Bureau Land Management for less than a year but has served in the profession for 15 years.
“By doing my job, an organization’s leader(s) and employees find satisfaction and enjoyment in their jobs,” she said. “I am able to create a team environment that increases productivity within the organization.”
Ms. Dillon, who is also a Veteran, has always had the desire to assist individuals with finding their common ground and root of their problems. She would like to become a Clergy member and use her skills and training to expand into a non-government environment. She is also the Director of Common Ground Leadership Ministries and conducts bible studies with her family. “I see when a family is broken and I want to teach the common ground to increase family unity and the quality of life.”
