She is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in retail management. As Assistant Store Manager at Macy’s, Ms. Smith specializes in personnel development, management and out-of-the-box thinking. Since taking on her role, she has consistently proven her ability to effectively analyze the business and successfully react to changes, keeping her team members motivated and on-task to achieve anticipated sales goals.

Ms. Smith received her Bachelor’s degree in Management and Economics from the University of Massachusetts. She is drawn to and passionate about charitable organizations such as Got Your Six through Macy’s.
