She provides 15 years of progressive experience in project and program management from top companies such as Sprint, Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, Metavante Banking Solutions and Convergys Corporation.
Ms. Ramos has established herself as a premier professional, administering her responsibilities with the utmost proficiency and accountability. Many companies have already discovered the benefits of Ms. Ramos’ many skills, which range from hands-on technical experience to process improvement, data analytics and team leadership.
In her current position at Atos, Ms. Ramos works in a Project Management Office (PMO) and has nine direct reports and six indirect reports. She oversees over 200 IT projects for Siemens, one of Atos’s largest global customers. As a member of the PMO’s governance team, she uses her creativity and experience to offer suggestions on creating or improving processes that will allow the entire PMO to meet customers’ needs, while at the same time, allowing them to work more effectively. Ms. Ramos offers an extensive background as a Project and Program Manager and uses her experience to train and mentor her team on how to manage projects successfully while maintaining a comfortable work-life balance.
