In her current position at Atos, Ms. Ramos works in a Project Management Office (PMO) and has nine direct reports and six indirect reports. As a member of the PMO’s governance team, she uses her creativity and experience to offer suggestions on creating or improving processes that will allow the entire PMO to meet customers’ needs, while at the same time, allowing them to work more effectively.
