Ms. Swann is the President at Tooney Town Early Learning Center, which provides exceptional childcare services to children ranging from six weeks to 12 years old. Since establishing the center over 14 years ago, Ms. Swann has consistently proven her well-honed skills in training, childcare, business development, public relations and marketing. She currently owns three centers in the Baltimore City / Baltimore County area with a licensing capacity serving over 300 children.
Ms. Swann received her Master of Engineering in Computer Science from Cornell University. Outside of her remarkable entrepreneurial pursuits, she devotes herself to a variety of charitable causes, and also provides clothing and childcare at a reduced cost to families who are facing financial hardship.
For her commitment to achieving success according to her personal standards of excellence, and for her outstanding accomplishments in enriching her position with her diversified proficiencies, Ms. Swann is being honored as a leader and role model for her profession.
