NAPW Inducts Dina Glasper, Federal Contracting Professional, Defense Contract Management Agency, Into its VIP Professional Woman of the Year Circle

In the course of a long and illustrious career in federal contracting, Dina Glasper has established herself as a dedicated professional in her field. Following her desire to serve her country, she joined the Navy while still in high school, where she continues to serve as a Reserve Supply Corps Officer. The support and guidance of her mentors provided her with the self-assurance she needed to move up in her career. Having been in the workforce since age 15, Mrs. Glasper understands the importance of fiscal responsibility in government. She quickly became passionate about ensuring the Department of Defense is following federal acquisition policies and regulations.
Mrs. Glasper has acquired an M.B.A, and has become Vice President of the National Contract Management Association-Gateway Chapter. In order to be successful in her career and help others, Mrs. Glasper has greatly relied on her many skills. Being able to successfully negotiate and plan strategically in a team is essential. Her strength in client-relationship building has made her work very rewarding.
“I love people, and I have found knowing my customers helps me serve them better. When the people I work with check in just to say hello, even when they don’t need anything, it makes me feel like I’ve made a positive impact,” she said.
Mrs. Glasper wishes to continue to positively affect the lives of others, and become more influential in setting policy and guidance for the future of government contracting.
