Stephanie Pogue selected for her outstanding leadership and commitment within her profession

I’m pleased to welcome Stephanie into this exceptional group of professional women. She and her company are making great strides in the insurance field.

The National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) honors Stephanie Pogue as a 2015-2016 inductee into its VIP Woman of the Year Circle. She is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in insurance. NAPW is the nation’s leading networking organization exclusively for professional women, boasting more than 700,000 members and over 200 operating Local Chapters.

“I’m pleased to welcome Stephanie into this exceptional group of professional women,” said NAPW President Star Jones. “She and her company are making great strides in the insurance field.”

Stephanie Pogue has over two decades of experience in the insurance industry, specializing in health and life insurance, long-term care planning and Social Security optimization planning. As both her father and grandfather owned businesses, Ms. Pogue’s deep roots in entrepreneurship allow her to seamlessly reason through daily business operations, allowing her more time to focus on her clients.

Many companies have already discovered the benefits of Ms. Pogue’s skills and work ethic. She has been ranked as the 16th Best Sales Manager out of more than 600 sales managers in addition to being ranked as the Top Female Sales Manager in her previous position. “Insurance is still very much a man’s industry, so doing that well was quite an accomplishment,” she said.

Owning her own agency has been by far one of Ms. Pogue’s most rewarding career paths. “My goal is to help seniors and retirees protect their assets from catastrophic healthcare costs and other
unexpected financial pitfalls while maximizing their income. I believe that the best way to help people understand what insurance can do for their family is through honest, straightforward communications and I’m always searching for other ambitious agents and managers to join my team,” she said. Ms. Pogue is closely associated with the American Association for Long Term Care Insurance, the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and ElderCare Matters.

For her passion and determination in achieving business success grounded in her most personal standards of excellence, Stephanie Pogue is being honored as a role model for professional women in all walks of life.
