Sue Wilburn is an accomplished professional with leadership experience and skills in executing production plans, problem solving, process improvement and coaching. Her seasoned expertise in these areas has consistently proven to motivate teams to reach their highest potential in producing top-quality products.
In August 2015, Ms. Wilburn took on the role of Shift Manager – Aseptic Production at Novo Nordisk, a position to which she brings over 13 years of management experience and exceptional attention to detail. Her responsibilities include setting direction and motivating her staff to drive performance and achieve anticipated goals.
Using her supportive, appreciative approach to coaching, Ms. Wilburn encourages her team members to take existing ideas and improve upon them, guaranteeing that only the highest standards of excellence are adhered to. To date, she has been successful at using her keen understanding of internal and external customer requirements to effectively manage expectations, build lasting relationships and meet customer needs.
Ms. Wilburn’s current position within Novo Nordisk fully demonstrates her fearless pursuit of professional and personal fulfillment and solidifies her as a role model and inspiration to the membership of NAPW.
