Mrs. Norwood is the CEO and General Manager at NLT Management Services, LLC, a 100% American Indian Tribally Owned (AITOC) management and staffing company. The 8(a) certified Small Disadvantaged Business (SBA) is owned by the Nanticoke Lenni-Lenape Tribal Nation.
NLT Management Services, which stands for “Nanticoke-Lenape Tribal,” identifies strong teaming partners and targets highly qualified personnel all while preserving the basic values of the tribal cultural in all business practices. The company has successfully provided quality medical staffing; laboratory and facilities management; institutional safety and fire protection, laboratory, construction and forensic services to their satisfied clients, which include the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco & Firearms (ATF), Department of Defense (DoD) and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA).

She is the Director of Christian Education and an Ordained Deacon at Ujima Village Christian Church in Ewing, NJ, as well as a Youth Advisor for The New Dawn Tribal Youth Council of her Tribal Nation. Her current position within NLT Management Services, LLC fully utilizes the dedication and aspirations for success that have earned Mrs. Norwood this recognition from the NAPW, honoring her as a role model and an industry leader.
