The National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) honors Rhonda Tigue as a 2015-2016 inductee into the NAPW VIP Woman of the Year Circle. She is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in business. With 850,000 members and over 200 operating Local Chapters, NAPW is the nation’s leading networking organization exclusively for professional women.

Self-motivated, results oriented and driven to succeed, Rhonda Tigue is a seasoned professional who has constantly set her goals to keep pace with her highest aspirations for personal excellence. Throughout her career, she has exhibited exemplary teamwork, expertise, integrity and dedication.

Ms. Tigue’s professional title is Chief, Manpower and Organization. She ensures her customers have the proper number of positions with the appropriate skill level at the right time and in the right place to accomplish their mission / goals. She improves work processes, which allows her customers to re-purpose employees for other work that needs to be accomplished. She also applies statistical methods to determine manufacturing processes, staff requirements and production standards.

“The corporate culture in any organization is difficult to change unless there is a champion to ensure compliance within the organization,” she said. “The most rewarding part of my career is when I see people change and reap the benefits of that change. I facilitate their process of change and it’s rewarding to see happier, more productive employees.”

Ms. Tigue would like to become a Private Consultant, allowing her to do the same work, but with the convenience of working for herself. She enjoys helping people and organizations reach their full potential.
