The National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) honors Kimberly Naim as a 2015-2016 inductee into its VIP Woman of the Year Circle. She is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in window treatment sales. NAPW is the nation’s leading networking organization exclusively for professional women, boasting 850,000 members and over 200 operating Local Chapters.

“I’m pleased to welcome Kimberly into this exceptional group of professional women,” said NAPW President Star Jones. “Her knowledge and experience in her industry are valuable assets to her company and community.”

Kimberly Naim’s brother-in-law introduced her to the window treatment business after an 18-year career as Merchandise Manager for Lester’s Clothing in New York City. Nearly three years later, she continued to hold her position as Sales Representative, and was promoted to Operations Manager in just over a year’s time. She also works as a Window Treatment Designer / Fabric Specialist.

“I have grown within the company the old-fashioned way, with a strong, positive work ethic and determination,” Ms. Naim said. “I excel in customer service and my attention to detail has been put to good use in this business. I use these skills every day in an effort to provide my customers with high-quality products paired with a pleasant experience.”

New York Window Fashion, Inc., offers a wide variety of services to clients. Customers can view products in a showroom, get a free consultation, work with architects and designers and
work to conceptualize a custom design. They can also choose a motorized product.

“I find it most rewarding when customers are happy when their job is complete,” Ms. Naim said. “The positive feedback keeps pushing me forward.”

Ms. Naim is also looking to her future in the business. She hopes to assist in opening a second location in the Tri-State area and to double her client base by 2016.
