Audrey Zamot, Senior Human Resources Manager at Mondelēz Puerto Rico LLC, brings a long and varied history of business experience to her position. Since earning a B.A. in Business and Marketing from the University of Phoenix, Ms. Zamot now lends her expertise and leadership to a company long known for its integrity and diverse brands. Her expert handling of the many responsibilities of her role, along with her management and strategy skills, have made her department extremely successful.
Accomplished and results driven, Ms. Zamot has more than 15 years of success developing company-wide strategic plans to optimize performance management, employee / labor relations, organizational development, change management and compensation programs. She has leveraged solid communication acumen and HR expertise to effectively partner with senior management, offering critical insights to support the achievement of business goals.
Ms. Zamot serves as a trusted advisor for staff, providing high-quality counseling on diverse HR issues. She is the primary HR Partner supporting approximately 400 employees around the Caribbean.
Her excellence throughout her career has also earned Ms. Zamot much praise. She was recognized in both 2012 and 2014 as Best Puerto Rico Employer from AonHewitt for outstanding human resource practices. She also received the Values in Action Award from Mondelēz’s Chicago headquarters for benefit restructuring.
