NAPW Inducts Dyana L. Carney, Regional Vice President--Corporate Escrow Officer, Comerica Bank, Into its VIP Professional Woman of the Year Circle

Dyana L. Carney brings 30 years of legal and financial experience to her role as Regional Vice President-Corporate Escrow Officer at Comerica Bank. With her team, Ms. Carney assists customers with domestic and foreign business-to-business financial transactions. They specialize in escrow services, accounting and financial reporting. Ms. Carney also holds a Paralegal certification and administers Comerica Bank’s Funds Transfer Agent Agreement, prepares legal documentation and markets to potential escrow customers.
Prior to obtaining her current position, Ms. Carney worked as a Paralegal Specialist for the U.S. Small Business Administration-Disaster Relief and as Syndicated Trade Closer at Goldman Sachs. Both positions allowed Ms. Carney to add legal skills to her already impressive résume.
When not working, Ms. Carney serves on the board of the University of North Texas Professional Development Institute, which provides continuing education required for professional certifications. She also volunteers at the Houston Food Bank by preparing meals in the kitchen.
