Shauna Lane selected for her outstanding leadership and commitment within her profession

The National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) honors Shauna Lane as a 2015-2016 inductee into its VIP Woman of the Year Circle. She is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in Real Estate. NAPW is the nation’s leading networking organization exclusively for professional women, boasting more than 775,000 members and over 200 operating Local Chapters.

Self-motivated, results oriented and driven to succeed, Shauna Lane is a seasoned professional who constantly sets her career goals to keep pace with her highest aspirations for personal excellence.

As a veteran Realtor® in the Virginia Beach, VA, area, Ms. Lane says her “goal is to continue to grow and develop (her) team, to assist more families and help people make well-informed decisions.” Her responsibilities as Associate Broker at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Towne Realty involve assisting First-Time Homebuyers, working as a Military and Relocation Specialist and selling new homes. Her areas of expertise are negotiations, operations, consulting and problem solving.

Ms. Lane’s tenure at her current position has helped her to earn a number of distinctions: she is a member of the Chairman’s Circle of Excellence (awarded to those ranking in the top one percent of sales nationwide) and has been named to the Top 100 Agents of Berkshire Hathaway nationally.

When not showing homes, Ms. Lane is involved with Girl Power at Great Bridge Middle and High Schools. She is a sponsor for both the Muscular Dystrophy Association and the Children’s Hospital of the King’s Daughters, and is also involved with the Wounded Warrior Project Bowl-a-Thon.
