Narconon Freedom Center Michigan Welcomes Randall Riser LMSW
Albion, MI (PRWEB) September 26, 2013 -- Narconon Freedom Center, an alcohol and drug rehabilitation center, welcomes Fully Hatted Master Social Worker Randall Riser to their addiction treatment team. Mr. Riser brings over 25 years of experience in addiction treatment and administration to the center’s current professional group.
“I’ve been working in my field for over 25 years and really admire the Narconon program and how effective it is. I can see how it works and why which makes it really exciting to work with the students and staff here,” said Riser.
Mr. Riser received his undergraduate degree at Albion College and his Master’s degree at Western Michigan University with a specialty in Policy Planning and Administration. He also has a post Master’s specialty in Gerontology.
Working for 17 years with the Department of Health he was the Chief Clinician at the Center for Forensic Psychiatry helping to determine if criminals were mentally fit to stand trial. He was often an expert witness.
His areas of treatment and administration cover developing and running a program for severe depression and anxiety, doing Psychological evaluations for the Policy Academy which is part of the Kellogg Comm College Criminal Justice program, and assisting the courts with drunk driving, substance abuse, and domestic violence evaluations.
For many years, Mr. Riser has maintained a private practice offering counseling for individuals, couples, families and other relationships. He is now sharing his time with Narconon Freedom Center helping the center with administrative procedures.
