“The Elegance of Elements” builds on the classical theory of eating with the seasons and with what nature provides, not processed, prepackaged foods devoid of any nutritional and health benefits.

Author Narelle White says her new book, “The Elegance of Elements: A Vegetarian Cookbook” (published by Balboa Press AU), is not a fad. “It promotes health in a delicious elegant way, as the gorgeous illustrations show us the beauty of food,” she explains. “My recipes are simple and very quick and easy to prepare once you have the core ingredients.”

White was inspired to write the cookbook from teaching people how to gather food and cook recipes in a creative and delicious way. “I truly love to feed people with all the flavours of the five elements, as each food has a purpose in our body to feed the organs, muscles, skin, hair, nails, blood, Qi and our emotions, which then promotes a happy, healthy human being,” she explains.

“The Elegance of Elements” builds on the classical theory of eating with the seasons and with what nature provides, not processed, prepackaged foods devoid of any nutritional and health benefits. White expands on that with her experience gathering organic produce and foods for two restaurants she owned. “I would like people to be so happy with the end result of the simple preparation of the food, delicious and tasty,” she says. “This book helps you feel good and alive!”
