Personal Touch Cleaning & Maintenance, Inc. has announced today that it is launching a company-wide rebranding campaign to better distinguish their services in the janitorial industry.
A new logo, new website and award-winning quality-of-service delivery will accompany our transition from “Personal Touch Cleaning & Maintenance” to “PTC.”
The rebranding efforts will include the launch of PTC social media profiles, a redesign of internal forms, service brochures, website-capability redesign, and other marketing efforts to broadcast the new company image. PTC currently provides professional janitorial and maintenance services to more than 900 homeowner associations (delivered with a personal touch!) spanning across Southern California.
“Winning the ‘Integration Award’ from Action Property Management this year at their annual 2014 Action Icon Awards event, opened my eyes to the huge value that property-management companies place on growing a company that integrates the way we do business with their needs,” said Patrick O’Brien, owner of PTC.
The new brand identity visually represents the feeling of a new day, or “sunrise,” as opposed to the retired logo that appears as a “sunset.” Part of the “new day” at PTC is new technological advancement within our current operations. Our new website allows PTC’s property-management clients the opportunity to submit an RFP (request for proposal) online via Internet or smartphone and more. PTC’s website will now enable a property manager to request onsite meetings, to submit a service report card, and includes a form for property managers to inquire about any service needed but not listed on the PTC services page. Enabling these capabilities inside a website for smartphones helps our clients do business faster and make fewer phone calls.
Patrick O’Brien stated, “In the past 29 years, we have built a company this size largely by referral! We simply deliver our janitorial services in a remarkably valuable style, and at this stage in my business I am taking specific steps to retool how we do things in-house, so we can reach out to our client managers and provide them better business services in the moment they need them — while enabling PTC to take care of twice as many communities as today.”
The company is immediately embracing the new branding that displays the abbreviated company name, PTC. Using the firm’s initials to identify the company will help the marketplace better orient our company to our designated market, disassociating PTC from the numerous other businesses touting “personal touch” in their marketing.

PTC is making a sizable investment in their rebranding effort to bring mental clarity to the connection of its new brand identity, and to the scope and sophistication of PTC’s competencies for HOAs as their business grows. Strengthening the integration and collaboration between their clients and the communities they touch, graduates PTC’s mission statement to an action statement.
