Tools4ever Adds Additional Security Features to its Single Sign-On IDaaS Solution, HelloID
Lynbrook, NY (PRWEB) June 14, 2016 -- Tools4ever, a market leader in identity governance and administration (IGA), announces the release of its new version of HelloID, the cloud based portal and single sign-on solution for web applications. The new version offers an additional layer of security, requiring a PIN code delivered via SMS. HelloID also supports WS-Federation to accommodate single sign-on for use with Microsoft Office365 and Azure.
With HelloID, it is now possible to add a second authentication step to the classical login of username and password, for added security. The end user simply identifies themselves with a PIN code that they received via SMS.
“We have a lot of customers in the healthcare industry who need to comply with strict compliance laws and regulations,” said Jacques Vriens, CEO of Tools4ever. “With the addition of two-factor authentication, organizations are compliant with the security requirement that web applications must to be secured with ‘strong authentication.’ This is important for organizations that must meet HIPAA, SOX or other regulations.”
HelloID is a cloud-based single sign-on solution that allows users to quickly open web applications from inside or outside the company network on a tablet, smartphone or laptop.
