Obituary.us.org To Poll Customers On How They Can Improve Their Service
Denver, CO (PRWEB) May 16, 2014 -- Obituary.us.org is undergoing a major polling initiative to discover what steps they can make to improve customer satisfaction and provide more value in their reports, the company said yesterday.
“We have a good number of satisfied return customers,” an Obituary.us.org spokesman said. “But we know that a company can always improve the quality of service they provide to consumers. We also believe that the best way to find out how to improve that quality of service is to go directly to the people and find out what they want that we are not currently providing. That's what we are going to do.”
Obituary.us.org will select customers at random to send the poll questions to, he said. They should take five minutes or less for people to respond.
“We don't want to inconvenience anyone,” he said. 'We just want to improve our service and better serve our customers.”
Once the surveys are completed, the company will go through them and see what services have been requested the most often, he said.
“Then we'll look and see if it is possible for us to provide that information or service,” he said. “If it is, then we will start doing so as soon as possible. Honestly, we are up to trying out any idea that seems popular. We want our customers to help us think outside of the box.”
