ObituaryLocator.com Launches Social Media Sites to Help Get Their Message Out
Houston, TX (PRWEB) November 09, 2013 -- ObituaryLocator.com ObituaryLocator.com has recently launched a full suite of social media sites in support of their website launch, the company said yesterday.
“Our website launch has been successful,” an ObituaryLocator.com spokesman said. “So now we have to move on to social media. We want to take our launch one step at a time, and we believe that in 2013 social media should be the second stage of any new company launch.”
ObituaryLocator.com has launched a social media presence on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and a blog, where people can learn about what's going on with the company, he said.
“These will also be conversation channels with our customers,” he said. “We have it set up so that our customers can communicate directly with us through the social media outlets. We think that being able to respond to their questions and concerns that way is very important. It's a more intimate customer connection than relying on call centers.”
There will be a special customer service team dedicated to monitoring the social media outlets and responding to customers, the ObituaryLocator.com spokesman said.
“We think that we can use these social media channels to create a bond of trust with our customers,” he said. “The more they hear from us, the more we'll generate a positive reputation in our industry.”
Phase three of the ObituaryLocator.com launch process will be announced next week, he said.
