Omega TeleServe, an independent telecom consulting firm based here, has appointed Rob Winchester as senior wireless director to drive the company’s expansion into the fast growing business of helping companies cope with the challenges of managing their mobility programs.
“Many of our clients are struggling to find a way to balance the demands of their employees for anytime, anywhere, any device access to company data with the security of that data,” explained Omega’s CEO Todd Williams. “Rob’s expertise in mobility solutions allows us to help them evaluate the best solutions available for managing their BYOD issues.”
Winchester, a graduate of Northeastern State, co-owned eight T-Mobile stores in the Phoenix area and was managing partner for Wireless Device Services, an ATT Alliance Dealer. Previously, he also served as vice president of dealer development for Titan Motorcycle in Phoenix.
“According to a recent survey by ZK Research three-quarters of businesses feel that currently they can’t monitor the performance of the applications that drive their company’s business,” Williams noted. ”Rob’s expertise adds a needed dimension to the range of solutions we can bring to those businesses.”
