(PRWEB UK) 6 August 2013 -- Many successful companies now recognise the need to improve workplace well-being and are joining a new government initiative. The Health, Work and Well-being initiative aims to protect and improve the health and well-being of working age people and promotes the positive links between health and work.
On Site Massage Co whose clients include Accenture, O2, Pricewaterhouse Coopers and Shell have been providing workplace therapies for over ten years and have recently experienced a significant increase in demand. They promote their service as a quick, cost effective morale booster with the added benefit of tackling stress and increasing health awareness at work.
Charlotte Hunter, Managing Director at On Site Massage Co said, "We put this increase in our business largely down to the government initiative. It has raised employers’ awareness of the cost of ‘unwellness’ at work."
She continued, "The benefits come from every angle, from raising health awareness, to boosting morale and motivation. We strive to create a positive environment for all employees that helps improve staff performance, productivity and commitment. The therapies used and the advice given by our experienced practitioners ensure all participants come away relaxed and appreciated."
