The company has added more servers, with nine currently online and more to be installed in March of this year. Hopkins, along with the company, believes that these upgrades will significantly improve the services Overnight Reputation is able to offer.

The additional servers will likely allow the company to offer greater expediency with regard to response time for customer reputation problems, a very important aspect of the reputation management industry. It may also allow Hopkins and his team to speed up the link-building process and testing programs the company so often utilizes.
“We test everything that we do for our clients to ensure efficacy,” said Hopkins. “A large portion of the day is dedicated to testing our methods to make sure that what we are doing will be successful for our clients. The additional servers are certainly going to make that process faster and easier.”
The company has also recently announced the expansion of their service offerings, adding reputation management programs that are specifically designed for individuals working in certain fields. The rationale behind these programs is to make the process of creating a management plan easier by having a core set of strategies in place, which can then be combined with individualized strategies specifically for the client. This expansion may have served as the impetus for the installation of the additional servers.
