Patriots 4 Our Heroes™, a Non-profit, Launched to Empower Military Veterans Suffering from Post-Trauma Syndrome & Traumatic Brain Injury
Austin, TX (PRWEB) February 28, 2015 -- Patriots 4 Our Heroes™ (P4OH™) has been formed to combat the continued loss of precious veteran lives at the rate of 18-22 suicides per day or 6,500- 8,000 suicides annually due to PTS and TBI. Patriots 4 Our Heroes™ consists of a diverse voluntary team of military and civilian leaders across both public and private sectors who share a common passion to serve all veterans in need of assistance. The diverse team is composed of a team of volunteers consisting of researchers, healthcare specialists, Federal and State agencies, political leaders, advocacy groups, philanthropists, process improvement consultants, and practitioners.
The vision of Patriots 4 Our Heroes™ is to be a global leader in providing comprehensive and collaborative solutions to effectively improve the quality of life for our heroes, and their loved ones, adversely impacted by PTS or TBI. In order to achieve this vision the co-founders Matt Kodad and Adil Dalal, along with a passionate leadership team has laid out a scientific approach to align cross functional teams to gather the voice of the veteran (VoV), use a hybrid of cutting edge research and continuous process/performance improvement (CPI) philosophies to identify, test and implement victim centric solutions to save veteran lives.
According to Adil Dalal and Matt Kodad, co-founders and Chairmen of the Board of Directors of Patriots 4 Our Heroes™ , “The astounding rate of suicide deaths among our veterans is a 9-11 happening daily in slow-motion and is thus a national tragedy an immediate threat to national security. The leaders of Patriots 4 Our Heroes™ pledge to do everything in our power to help reduce the veteran suicides”.
