Brad Schmett of Luxury Homes by Keller Williams has today announced that on Friday, May 20, 2016, Endangered Species Day hosted by the Living Desert Zoo and Botanical Gardens in Palm Desert will be a nice boost for family home sales in the Palm Desert area, as families head to the east end of the Coachella Valley to enjoy the day and help threatened animals.

Brad Schmett, Broker Associate with Luxury Homes by Keller Williams, today announced that the upcoming May 20 Endangered Species Day will be a nice boost for the local real estate community, thanks to the animal-loving visitors that will head to the Valley to participate in various programs that raise awareness regarding threatened species around the world.

The event will start at 9 AM and run until 3 PM, with hourly shows and exhibits that will include the Reptile Encounter, the Village Reptile Show, Cuvier’s Gazelle & AG Hornbill, to name just a few. Some of the endangered species that will be featured include the Jaguar, the Giraffe, the Cheetah, the Striped Hyena, the Mexican Wolf and Grevy’s Zebra. One of the most popular venues in the Coachella Valley, The Living Desert has been an area attraction and resource for conservation and wildlife for decades.
