Panviva, the creator of cloud-based knowledge management solution, SupportPoint, announces that they are now listed on the Cloud Security Alliance (CSA) Security, Trust & Assurance Registry (STAR), having met all the requirements for a Certification of Assurance.

The CSA STAR Certification is a rigorous third-party assessment of the security controls in place for a cloud service provider. By achieving STAR Certification, Panviva is giving prospective customers a greater understanding of their security control levels. Organizations that utilize services hosted on cloud solutions have a number of concerns about the security of their data and information.
