With plans to build a new facility in compliance with Ford’s Trustmark standards, Lithia also acquired five additional acres adjacent to the subject property, totaling close to 14 acres for the combined purchase. Additionally, this public company owns Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Corpus Christi and intends to utilize the excess space in the service department of Access Ford Lincoln to support servicing the Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram franchises.
After selling his car dealership, Mr. Charlie Massey issued a statement to Lithia Motors, Inc.: “I personally feel so good that this family-controlled company (Lithia Motors, Inc.) is the one that will steward Access Ford Lincoln forward into the new era of Corpus Christi…I feel that Lithia has a better opportunity than one small dealer can do.
