The new Mediation process provides injured workers with a faster and sometimes easier option to resolve their claims, and better still, it gives them the chance to actually participate in the resolution and settlement process.
Greenville, SC (PRWEB) July 10, 2013
The South Carolina Workers’ Compensation Commission has put into effect new requirements regarding worker’s compensation cases. Beginning June 28, certain cases will be required to go to a mediator to resolve any disputes without the necessity of a hearing.
Greenville workers compensation attorney Jeff Ezell at the Ezell Law Firm can advise on these new changes.
Jeff Ezell is a South Carolina certified mediator in South Carolina and has nearly 25 years of experience handling all aspects of workers’ compensation claims from the injured worker’s perspective, the employer’s perspective and the insurance company’s perspective. Ezell is happy to discuss the mediation process with any injured worker that might have questions.
